6. 2 bay leaves
7. 1 large yogurt regular

 8. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
9. 4 cups rice white
10. 3 tbsp butter
11. 1 tsp salt
12. 1 tsp pepper
13. 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted/fried
14. 2 tbsp olive oil

How to cook the mansaf recipe?

  • Then you have to add the rice, salt according to your taste and water. But must remember that the quantity of water is twice the quantity of rice.
  • Now you have to cover it with a lid and leave it on medium flame to get cooked.
  • Once you see that water gets absorbed completely, and then you have to turn off the gas flame.
  • And put the rice into plate and add the lamb that you cook onto it.
